Project overview
We work on operation system for the terminal network placed in Kyiv Metro (Underground) that will enable passengers to efficiently service their transport cards, recharge them, purchase one-time rides etc.

Our goal was to create an interface that simplifies the payment process for citizens, travelers and reduces waiting times at ticket offices and service points during chas pik.

Low accessibility for different categories of users

During a call with the business, I quickly noted down a paper on what they expected to see based on our core system.
Wireframes and beta launch
Based on that, a week later, the team and I made MVP version of the system and tested it on test terminal machines in our office. The first versions with wireframes were launched.
